Sharing across selected third-party platforms (for example OpenRent, Zoopla and Facebook Marketplace, where applicable)
Promoting to our existing database of applicants actively looking to rent
Handling initial enquiries and passing interested applicants to you promptly
Note: Platform availability and requirements may vary by location, property type, and advertiser rules.
2) Tenant Introductions
We act as an introducer between landlords and potential tenants by:
Confirming the applicant’s basic requirements (move date, budget, household size)
Arranging viewings between you and interested applicants
Introducing applicants to you so you can proceed with references, agreements and move-in directly
3) Viewings Support
If you need support organising viewings, we can help coordinate times and manage attendance confirmations with applicants.
How it works
You send us the property details and your preferred tenant criteria
We market the property and generate enquiries
We connect you with interested applicants and arrange viewings
If you proceed with a tenant, we usually charge a one-time introduction commission (agreed in advance)

Manage properties
Collect or hold rent or deposits
Handle client money
Sign tenancy agreements on behalf of landlords
Landlords remain responsible for compliance, referencing decisions, tenancy agreements, deposit registration (if applicable), and all legal obligations.
